All Shipments on small items under 40# will be shiped thru UPS or Fedex. All items that are over 40# lbs will be shiped motor freight and cannot be delivered to a residential address. All sales are final unless authorized by Lone Star Outdoor. All Freight Damage should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery and make notation on bill of lading upon receipt of merchandise. Contact Lone Star Outdoor for futher instructions. Failure to do so will void any product warranties.
